What countries does High Vibration™ sell products in? 

For now, our products are only sold in Canada. As we grow we'd like to extend our reach to other countries. 

When will my products be delivered? 

We try to ensure that order fulfillment is done as fast as possible. Because the orders are print on demand, each product is made when a request for an item is submitted. This process allows us to reduce over production of items and waste. However, it also increases production time slightly. Orders for t-shirts tend to be fulfilled quite quickly, providing there are no issues with payment. As for the hoodies and beanies, they have a processing time of up to 5 days before they are shipped. Thank you for your patience, the product is well worth the wait! 

My product has a defect, what should I do? 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch through the contact form or by emailing info@highvibrationapparel.ca directly. Also, please make sure to read the refund policy. 

Why is there a variation from the product image online?

Our designers work to provide you with the most accurate representations of garments possible. Because we work with print on demand services to produce our items, we do not always have the exact garment on hand to photograph for the website. In this case the designer will create a mock-up of the garment using an image of the garment style and place the design on the garment using design programs. Metallic colours such as on the Moon Cycle or Lioness hoodies are difficult to simulate graphically, but worry not, the actual prints are super shiny and sure to please!
